Description
The Quick Hinge Breach Door System allows training to be conducted using commercial off-the-shelf doors to provide realistic breaching using real doors with real door properties. There are no ballistic pins to insert or replace, no special panels to install, and no tools required to employ the Quick Hinge Breach Door. Minimal set-up requirements and quick reset intervals ensures maximum training time and low-cost consumables makes the breach door economical. It supports all mechanical, shotgun, and explosive breaching techniques and allows you to choose the door type so you have flexibility for mission specific training. The heavy gauge steel Fixed Frame accepts standard 36 width wood and steel doors (hollow and solid core) which insert easily into the frame and are quickly secured by tightening hand-knob clamp screws. The frame accepts door thicknesses from 1-3/8 to 1-3/4. Adaptable to your training needs, the Quick Hinge Breach Door System is provided with pre-drilled mounting tabs for permanent installation in existing training facilities, shoot houses, or breach bays. An optional base allows it to be a mobile, free-standing training system that can be transported to alternate sites. The option of right or left swing-in is offered.
